Level 49 Warlock Twink. Gear, talents, enchants advice plz

Ok I am a blood elf warlock, at the moment level 43, hoping when I reach 49 to be a twink. I am destruction spec, but i might get the Dual Spec when i get some more money. For now though, can someone tell me what talents to use, what gear to use and what enchants to put on the gear. Thank you. Gear mainly dungeon drops and created please. I have been taking advice from 49 Twinks.com but I'm not so sure they have the best idea's about gear.I heard rumors in the next patch there will be race changes. I might go undead as they PWN PVP.

P.S. Please, please , please, just give me one set of options when you tell me about enchants and gear. I have no idea when people give me two or three what to choose and what not to choose. I can tell you if i cant get it.

P.P.S. I have no level 80 and I cant be paying thousands of gold for one item. That said, i do have enough money for items 200g- and enchants. I will probaly pay for any enchant and created item, no matter what the cost.
