Blizzard/Wow crisis management
hey guys...I'm doing my university thesis at the momment & I have prepared a questionnaire that should be filled by current or former WoW players. It takes about 10 mins to complete & its completely anonymous. The reason why I'm posting here & not on the official wow forums is because i got banned for a week from there (i posted the same thread 2-3 times - first time poster hehe). I'm not a key logger (you can see that from the wbsite name underneath). Just saying this cause I got accused of that in those forums.
So fun, easy questionnaire & it will really help me with my project...please let as many people know about this (i need around 500 people & at the moment i got 100).
