Coming back to the wounderful world

Well I have been away from wow for about almost 4 months and im coming back to wow now because I just can't take it no more! it's where my heart is. Before I was playing Aion but I just couldnt get into it not enough to do and got boring very very quick. So I just wanted to know now what new things to expect after being away for so long if any one could help me out thanks
