No bashing please, this was my first char and i made crappy prof selections, but im too lazy to change. I have 375 tailoring(yes as a druid), and my skinning is in the 200's but i plan on dropping it for inscription when the new expansion drops.
First time I played wow which was shortly after it was released when I picked my profession I did things that I really thought would be cool. So I was like Gee making armour out of dragonscales and stuff like that AWESOME! How exciting that must be! And oooh going deep into mines and prospecting rare ores that sounds really cool maybe I will meet some dragons down there that I can make armour out of.
Long story short I was a mining, leatherworking.....orc warrior.
BAH So I leveled those things and was allmost always broke, I couldnt make anything that was particularly useful to me, and had to laugh off all the people that thought I was an idiot for picking things I thought was neat instead spending hours reading about the most efficient thing to do.
Yeah my profs were pretty much useless but ya know what I enjoyed them and people forget that is what this game is about.
So rock on Blackanger dont ever do anything in this game that you dont want to because after all it is your free time.

I'm a novice tailor and I could use some pointers.
P.S. I do loveeeeeee the clothes in WOW. I spend way too much money on outfitting my character. Luckily my guild brothers spoil me rotten since I haven't learned to support myself yet (but I am trying to learn how to increase my tailoring skill and start putting things in the AH!) lol
