Well right now I'm not looking for any staff if thats what you mean, but when I feel I do need some people on board I'll contact those I'd like to help me out privately.

If you mean the other users with orange usernames, they are premium members and you can view information about that here.

I don't mind this being in the forums but to contact people privately you can click on their name on a post and in the dropdown select private message, you can do the same through their user profile.
