Question Video Capture?
I'm looking to capture video from WOW. What do you guys suggest I Do to accomplish this?

I actually have no idea. I've seen lots of WoW videos, but I'm not quite sure how to go about capturing it.

I think most people use that programs called fraps though I don't have any experience with it.

From Experience FRAPS is indeed the way to go. It certainly is a good idea to have some nice video hardware as well.
