The Notebook (movie)
As Hollywood movies keep getting worse and worse, I started watching (independent) documentaries more and more when it comes to American movies, but I wanted to watch a regular movie and relax. "The Notebook" is the movie I watched.
1. Those of you who cannot buy into a romance movie / story in which a boy and a girl meet, fall in love just because and stay in love forever and ever magically, you might not like this movie.
2. If you're picky about consumes and other elements of the movie set, you might not like this movie, either. I don't know why, but Hollywood movies are crazy about using vivid colors, and this one is no exception. In particular, when a story takes place in 40s and 50s, colors are so bright and shiny. This is actually a problem; this is unrealistic.
3. Characters are supposed to be southerners, but they don't speak like southerners.
I can go on and on about this. To cut a long story short, this is not one of movies that pay attention to greatest details. That said, ... I kind of enjoyed watching the movie. The ending was rather poorly done unfortunately, but over all, but it was an all right entertainment.
