Someone tell me why i cant see the picture i have on my sig pop up?

To make uploaded pics show up you have to use the sigpic tags. Copy and past the following into your signature
HTML Code:
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
If you want you can put a tooltip in between the tags, which will display when you hover over the picture.
