Default Battleground quitters

This is basically a rant but bare with me. I am so sick and tired of the alliance on my battlegroup giving up within 2 minutes of the game starting. This is mostly prevalent in AB. Its been going on for a while but it really stood out today when 2 games in a row multiple players wanted to let them 5-cap after falling behind early. And the problem I have with this attitude is the horde never give up early on, and usually end up coming from behind to win in my experience. You know you're with a scrub group when the game just starts, you only cap 2 bases and then you can't even defend those 2, but the game is far from over at that point and its just ridiculous to give up and let them win. If you want to give up, fine, but please /afk out and let another player get in who actually wants to try and win.

No offence to anyone but I've not been impressed by the fighting spirit of the Alliance. One night Goldshire was being raided badly, over and over again and even though we were sending out the alarm most did not even care. Some Alliance members even just stood and watched. I was only Level 13 but at least I kept trying the best I could.

I am sorry to say Jeff I am a quitter. I dont give up if there is still a chance to win with out the BG going on for way longer than it should but if its a hopeless turtle crawl to a horde victory I def promote giving up. I think this has to do with my limited time to play and the fact that 90% of my pugs lately the horde come in with T-6 Gear and just crap all over every one. I am just as frustrated with losing as you are tho....

Well I definitely know when to give up and admit defeat but I think if you were in these 2 ABs with me you would have agreed with me, we were only down 2 or 300 points which and could have still won by capping 3 bases and holding.

You have to think of it this way. If your team could only take 2 bases to start with and then cant even defend those 2, its not quiting as much as anyone with sense realizing there is too many scrubs on that preticular team to hold out for a win. Dont waste time. You get a good group you'll know you get a bad one, get your mark and get out. 30 minute ab's arent worth it.

ok this is going to sound like a rant but that is BS so horde come in with T-6 big whoop i have defend bases by myself from on coming from horde 1 after the other by being tricky as a nightelf you can use shadowmeld to hide and since im a hunter that works to my advantage have my pet by the flag on aggro shadowmeld in a spot where they wont be able to see you at all when the horde comes start blasting if ur out gear and out matchs in a head on fight just get tricky oh cant forget about a freeze trap to slow them down if they do spot you and if they happen to be a ranger like u viper sting them and take there mana or do whatever

i agree with jeff my experiance in AB is roughly the same lately the it becomes BS when 15 people are in and only 3 do any work and 12 sit complaining that we arn't gonna win i see 3-500 pts a good window

isnt there an achievement when u pull the game back and win from 500 down or something? surely thats worth going for. i personally try not to give up on my team, and today was no acception (WSG). 10vs4 2-1 to them but i wanted a mark for the 10minutes i just wasted cos everyone litched out. i want horde ot know that i aint some pushover! (no offence to any horde scum out there :P )
