where?

where is the best place to lvl from 35-40 alliance. i made an alt and i find 30-40 are the hardest lvls to do anything cuz the mobs own and ur rly at that lvl.

I know a lot of people don't like it because you might get ganked a lot but I quested a lot in STV when I was in that level range.

i just got a quest from IF to go into thousand needles that might be better than arathi highlands

Thousand Needles is like 25-35, so you're probably not going to get very far there. I'd recommend Swamp of Sorrows, if you haven't already done it. Its like 35-45ish range, so that would be around what you're looking for.
