I'm currently working on my kara chain. I have all the "go talk to this guy"s done, now I need to get my first key frag. The first one is in shadow labs so I think I should just be able to stealth through with my druid friend to get it instead of actually running the dungeon.
Does this sound like a pretty sound plan or do you think I need to do it differently?
No, becuase you'll still have to kill the Blackheart the Inciter to get the door behind him open. And I'm not sure you could two man that guy with his '15 seconds of mass chaos' ability.
Hmm, alright. I heard about killing the elite guy but I was guessing the two of us could take him. Maybe I'll have to get another druid friend to come with us.
Yeah, the elite guy guarding the key frag is a joke. I could probably duo him with two under-geared characters. Its the boss that you have to pass to unlock the gate to get to the key frag which is the hard part. Unless you can find some way to skip the gate, but I have no idea how to do that.
Alright well I think what my friend was talking about was SV not SL. For some reason he was thinking that was the first instance for the chain and he got me all confused. I'll have to find a real group for SL probably.
Yeah, you can definitely sneak to the key frag is SV. That doesn't require fighting any bosses, or anything, so that you could get without doing the whole instance.
Well Blackanger and I along with others did sl last night and I got my first key frag. I'm probably going to do sv today so I can get the next one and hopefully get the 3rd one soon as well.
Ya i totally forgot about SL, Its been a while since i did that quest chain, but that was a fun run, with Boomkin tanking. Ya we should be able to stealth to the 2nd frag in AV today.
Oh, congrats! I got my key finished a few days ago on my pally, so I'm glad I'll never have to do S-Labs again, I hate it with a passion. Well, won't have to do it again until I get another character up to 70 who needs the key frag from there.
Congrats to you as well! I didn't mind sl but it was different than a normal run for us since besides me all the other players in our group are skilled enough for heroic.
